I write this article as tears of sadness roll down my cheek…. well not really but I am pretty pissed off that two of my most anticipated indie games have been delayed until early to mid 2017. First lets talk about a game that I was super excited about and that is Cuphead. If you haven’t had a chance to check out any details or videos on this game well you should! It honestly looks fantastic and brings that old school side scrolling fun and excitement back into the spot light. The art direction and visuals on this game look outstanding and when myself and Mak G played it at Fan Expo this year it was truly a masterpiece and not to mention one of the toughest games we have played. Cuphead is now set to release sometime in mid-2017 so you are probably looking at April I think but who knows. It really sucks that we have to wait even longer for this game. Now we have to fucking wait until 2017 which is pretty shitty!! Although this game is being delayed they are actually taking the time to add in more gameplay modes and features which does help mend broken hearts of the die hard horror fans like myself! BUT!!!! those extra features won’t be available until summer of 2017 which fucking sucks big asses! PC fans will be happy as they are set to receive a beta by late 2016. For us console owners we are pretty much shit out of luck. I see this game getting delayed even further then it’s early 2017 release and I think you are going to have a lot of pissed off fans very soon.
