With Halloween just around the corner the fine folks at Niantic are hosting their first ever event in the world of Pokémon GO! Starting Wednesday October 26th through Tuesday November 1st all would be trainers will have the chance to catch some of the “spookiest Pokémon” available in the game with increased encounters of said Pokémon types [drowzee, ghastly, gengar, golbat, haunter, hypno, and of course ZUBAT!]. Being that it is Halloween , CANDY is in order, players will be able to earn more candy during this time as they explore the world around them as they search for their favourite Pokémon. During the event trainers will be awarded 6 candies for every Pokémon caught, doubling the current 3 per catch. Additionally the professor will also be a bit more generous giving out 2 candies for each Pokémon traded in instead of 1. Check out Niantics latest trailer promoting this Halloweens event!
