Are Game Apps Worth the Time?

For months now I’ve been looking into what people prefer in reguards to apps. I looked into games on cell phones mostly. With certain apps, I really get into them for awhile. Such as puzzle games, or sports games. I find that the interest of them doesn’t last long compared to actual system games. After reaching a certain point, my interest starts to go down, and I do less and lessin the game. Claiming the daily reward and closing the app to go do something else I may have to do. I’ve owned Geometry Dash for a long time, I haven’t beaten some of the levels, but I would log in just to collect the rare gems, and get the in game options that not many people would take the time to get. But who is there to show it off to? I mean the game isn’t even online! Well now all the app does is sit there on my phone, looking pretty, and hasn’t had any updates in a long time so I’m assuming that they are done with that version and have moved onto another one. I’ve talked to people that I see on smart phones, just walking around and had to ask them what they do with apps that they find they aren’t playing as much what they do with them. In most cases they just delete them and try to find something that will keep their interest for awhile, but they even get bored of them. Some wait until the newer version comes out, delete the old one and stick with the new one. I’m really undecided about certain apps. I mean most of them seem fun, but die out so quickly, due to the fact that after so long you have to wait longer for something to be built, or ran out of lives and have to wait 15 min for one to come back. I would just rather free up the space on my phone and play a real gaming system. Playing online with friends while in a game chat is how it should be!   Let me know what you think. Are gaming apps worth it on phones? Or does your interest just get lost and you find something else to do?   Keep gaming everyone!
