On Sunday, Ubisoft officially dropped the release date for their next installment of the Assassin’s Creed franchise, Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla. Set to release on November 17th, 2020 players will get to follow Eivor, a Viking raider, through an epic saga about the Viking invasion of England. Players will be able to customize Eivor’s hair, tattoos, war paint, weapons and gear, in addition to being able to switch between male or female versions at any time. Ubisoft also showcased new features designed to heighten the Viking experience such as dual wielding, raids, and assaults among other activities. I enjoy long walks on the beach, followed by copious hours spent inside avoiding the sunlight. All kidding aside, as a creative person I am constantly on the lookout for an experience when I play games. I have been gaming since I could form memories and I have a preference for games with a good narrative. That being the case, Writers Mind in Halo: Reach holds a special place in my heart.
