August 2020’s PlayStation Plus Titles Finally Announced

0
Sony has finally announced August 2020’s PlayStation Plus titles with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered and Fall Guys entering player libraries. In keeping with its tradition of revealing the free titles last minute, Sony took to social media on Monday to announce August’s unique line-up. Appealing to both fans of single-player offerings and competitive multiplayer outings, PlayStation users will be hard-pressed to find issues with next month’s selection of free titles. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered is the re-release of the FPS classic initially published by Activision in 2009. The enhanced version of the modern shooter found its way to PlayStation 4 on April 30, leaving many fans surprised to see it completely free only a few months later. Fall Guys will release on PlayStation 4 as a free offering, following in the footsteps of the insanely successful Rocket League, which found broad appeal after launching as a PlayStation Plus title in July of 2015. As a PS4 console exclusive, Fall Guys is a treat for any PlayStation Plus subscriber interested in a unique spin on the Battle Royal genre. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 Campaign Remastered is available for PlayStation Plus subscribers to download already, with Fall Guys following suit next week. From a young age I've loved video games and the power they possess in bringing different kinds of people together. I have forged many good friendships through this medium that would not exist without it. I love experiencing a new genre for the first time and finding out it resonates with me. Also, Conker's Bad Fur Day is one of the greatest games of all time. Fight me.
