Bioware and EA Cancel Anthem Next

Yesterday, Bioware and EA made the executive decision to axe the production of “Anthem Next.”

The redesign was set to revamp the original game; however, it has been decided that production would be difficult, citing some difficulties with COVID-19 work-at-home orders. The team working on Anthem Next will be transferred to the production of the next installment of the Dragon Age series.

Fans of Anthem will not have to worry, its current live service will continue to run. For more information, check out the announcement.
