Flagship Ubisoft title Assassin’s Creed has dropped an all-new mode in its latest release Assassin’s Creed: Origins. You won’t be expected to fight any new enemies or take out assailants from above, but you’ll be treated to a visually stunning interactive and narrative tour of the Ptolemaic-period of Ancient Egypt.   [embedyt] https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_yMDdQKfv70[/embedyt]   If you recall my last review, you can tell how much I loved the vast exploration possible in this game. Assassin’s Creed: Origins went above and beyond into providing a rich environment full of adventure and action around every corner. The new “Discovery Tour” is a free add-on to Origins that includes 75 narrated tours scattered across the map. During these tours, there is no combat, but you will be guided into a vast world of educational history. If you never paid attention in history class, now’s your chance to brush up. In Discovery Tour, players can change their player avatars as they roam the map. Explore Alexandria as Julius Caesar or visit the Great Pyramid of Giza as Cleopatra. There are real images of artifacts, paintings and more included as you pass through the tours. Ubisoft’s historical experts made this a rewarding experience that can be appreciated by those of all ages. If you played through Assassin’s Creed: Origins without taking some time to stop and appreciate the world around you, now you have the opportunity to do just that.
