With PES being the ONLY real contender when it comes to competing against the mighty EA sports line FIFA. They have to continually try to improve their stuff in order to compete. Konami has announced that its Data Pack 4.0  will be available via free download on PS4, XB1, PS3, XB360, and steam Tomorrow! This new update will bring some much needed visual changes including partner club players whose faces and hairstyles will all be updated.  This update will also bring the addition of the Nike Mercurial Superfly 6 Elite Boots and 26 new kits, 17 of which are for national teams ahead of this years World Cup.
