I guess this article will truly show my age but I decided to dedicate a few days and relive my childhood.  The 80s saw some of the most iconic video game series brought to life and here are my favorite games of the 80s!   Donkey Kong- Released in 1981   Life Force- Released in 1989   The Legend of Zelda- Released in 1986   Super Mario Bros. 3- Released in 1989   Metroid- Released in 1986   Punch-0ut- Released in 1987   Excite Bike- Released in 1984 Contra- Released in 1987 Super Mario Bros.- Released in 1985   Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles- Released in 1989
