Yesterday, Ubisoft’s digital press conference showcased new content for their upcoming game Watch Dogs: Legion. In collaboration with famous British musician Stormzy, Watch Dogs: Legion will reunite players with the former main character Aiden Pearce, who will be playable post-launch. Within the new and unique story, players can partake in the mission Fall on My Enemies, in which Stormzy will request help to secure a broadcast for “Rainfall” (feat. Tiana Major9) in downtown London.  Set to release on October 1st, the official music video for Rainfall has been entirely made with the game engine used for Watch Dogs: Legion. Clint Hocking, Creative Director at Ubisoft Toronto, commented, “We are thrilled for Stormzy to be a part of Watch Dogs: Legion. His music and what he speaks to as an artist is extremely relevant for our London setting, and for the larger themes of our game,”. He continued, “It’s been almost a year since we had Stormzy in the studio to film his performance. He lit up the room and captivated us all. He’s a great collaborator, and it was a career highlight for us to get to work with him.” Watch Dogs: Legion will be available on October 29th, 2020, on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Stadia, and Windows PC through Epic Games and UPLAY+.
