Nintendo fans over Twitter were treated to the announcement of the latest content coming as DLC to Mario Golf Super Rush. Released today is the new playable character Toadette as well as a new course inspired by New Donk City from Super Mario Odyssey. New characters and maps weren’t the only additions coming with this update however as a new online ranked mode is being added as well.

Competing in ranked matches will test a player’s skills against other opponents over the internet. Players will earn match points for various factors in ranked such as how high they scored, managing to best an opponent with a higher rank and simply for participating. Earning enough of these points will boost a player’s rank and high ranks will earn more content such as the ability to choose different colors for Yoshi. Hit the greens with this update for Mario Golf Super Rush today.
