Pokémon Company continues to roll out content for their titles with the announcement of new areas and more coming to New Pokémon Snap. Unveiled over twitter were the details of several new locations that players will explore when this new content drops on August 3rd.

These new areas include the Secret Side Path where players will shrink to explore the Florio Island Nature Park. Due to the smaller size, Pokémon seen while exploring will appear gigantic allowing for plenty of new photo opportunities.  

Mightywide River will take players through a rugged valley on Belusylva Island, a place that provides all the natural water for the island. Players will need to keep their cameras steady as they ride the waves of this raging river looking for new water Pokémon.

Lastly, we have the Barren Badlands where dry winds blow in from the desert. Players can expect several new rock and ground type Pokémon traveling through the canyon filled with geysers and poisonous swamps. Explore these brand-new areas and more when the free update for New Pokémon Snap drops August 3rd.
