EA declares partnership with Valve

Starting next spring, EA access will be offered through Steam, providing all the “great” games and member benefits that have been offered by EA in the past. In the mean time, Steam will begin by offering Star Wars™ Jedi: Fallen Order launching on November 1, along with plenty of other major titles in the coming months, including: The Sims 4, Unravel 2, Apex Legends, FIFA 2020, and Battlefield V. For those who are concerned by the potential devaluation of Origin (those rare, rare few) you can put any concerns aside. Valve and Origin will team up so to speak, and offer all games between both Store platforms, simultaneously allowing for cross play and communication. I for one can’t stand Origin, and am looking forward to accessing my beloved Battlefield via Steam. Let us know what you think, and remember to keep checking in for more PC related gaming news!

When I was young, I never imagined that my love for reading, writing and video games could so easily coalesce into such an interesting and unique profession. Come find me on steam @Coke581, or on Origin, where I primarily play Apex and BF4/5 @S0ape.
